Lilah Gosman, MS. Ed, offers a therapeutic approach that emphasizes client’s values, strengths and goals in developing a collaborative treatment plan. She understands the importance of meeting clients where they and building a trusting therapeutic relationship. She specializes in working with adults, adolescents and children using evidence-based therapies from a cognitive behavioral perspective. Lilah Gosman has a special interest in working with clients with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and anxiety disorders. She is trained in Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Prolonged Exposure (for PTSD). Lilah Gosman's practice includes techniques from Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

Lilah Gosman has experience working with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Anxiety, and Trauma. She has extensive knowledge of childhood social emotional learning, including development of executive functioning and social skills. Lilah Gosman has experience helping families of children with learning differences navigate the IEP system and process options for support.

Lilah Gosman graduated from University of Pennsylvania with a Master's in School & Mental Health Counseling and is currently working towards becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). As a post-grad, Lilah Gosman presented a master class for Penn GSE's Catalyst that focused on innovation in social emotional learning during and post COVID-19.

Prior to pursuing counseling, Lilah Gosman was a special education case manager and teacher in New York City and Philadelphia. She holds a Master's in Special Education from Bank Street College of Education, a Master's in Music from Manhattan School of Music and Bachelor's degree in music from Johns Hopkins University
