Teletherapy
Teletherapy allows us to offer you the same services we offer in the office setting in the comfort of your own home. These sessions are scheduled just like regular therapy appointments. Teletherapy is the delivery of traditional therapy using a phone or video conferencing via the internet. Our teletherapy program includes a HIPPA compliant video conferencing platform. Research shows that teletherapy sessions are equally as effective as in-person counseling sessions for many presenting problems and diagnoses.
